Nrityanjali stepped into its 60th year on 19th July 2022 with the Inaugural Function of the Diamond Jubilee Celebration held at World Trade Centre, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai. The Function was graced by eminent dignitaries. His Excellency Mr. Chiranjib Sarker – Dy High Commissioner of Bangladesh, Padmashri Darshana Jhaveri,Dr. Sanjay Chahande (Former IAS Officer) and Additional Chief Secretary Government of Maharashtra, Dr. Grace Pinto of Ryan International Group of Institutions, Mrs. Brinda Miller, Chairperson Kalaghoda Arts Festival, Mrs. Rekha Vijayakar – Sr. Director ADAPT and Mrs. Prema Jagnani from the 1963 group were among the sixty dignitaries from the field of education, performing arts, corporate, diplomacy, who graced the occasion. We felt blessed with their gracious presence and warm wishes. It was indeed an emotional moment for our Founder – Chaiman Dr. Tushar Guha Sir.
Nrityanjali celebrated the Diamond Jubilee Year Closing Ceremony at Ambassador hotel, Churchgate, and at Hotel Anantha in Bhandup 1st July and 17th June 2023 respectively, in the gracious presence of dignitaries like Padmashree Darshana Jhaveri, artistes like SNA Awardee Latasana Devi, Actor & Dancer Sandip Soparrkar, Actress Sharbani Mukherjee, Dy MD SBI Mrs. Ruma Dey, High Ranking Corporate Executives from Schneider, Rashtriya Chemical Fertilizers, Hindustan Copper Ltd., IBM, Godrej & Boyce, NOV India Pvt Ltd, NCPA, Diplomats from Consulates, Educators from New Horizon Group of Schools, Don Bosco, Doctors from Godrej Hospital, Leelavati hospital, amongst others. We felt so blessed.
Prize Distribution function and Cultural Programme for the 37th Nrityanjali Fest Inter-school Competitions 2023, for all four zones, was held on 28th January 2024 at Zaverben Auditorium, Ghatkopar with Guests of Honour Mrs. Ruma Dey, Dy MD, SBI & Mr. Gautam Dey, CEO Goa ICT Pvt. Ltd, former Head Operations at Mumbai Port Trust.
Sanitation projects for CSR 2023-2024 & 2022-2023, were completed by building toilets in Zilla Parishad schools at Barfpada, Panch Pairi, Kaner and Raipada in Vasai-Virar, Palghar District with support from NOV India Pvt. Ltd.
Project Unnat Yuvati to educate girls from less privileged economic backgrounds in Spoken & Conversational English & Computer Skills, conceptualized by Director Operations Girish Dalvi, was undertaken to commemorate the 60th year – Diamond Jubilee year of Nrityanjali. The second year was completed in March 2024.
Under the auspices of National Centre for Performing Arts (NCPA), Kathak Dance Training for students of Vidyadeep Vidyalaya, Vikhroli and Shree Saraswati Vidya Mandir, Bhandup continued for the second year as part of NCPA’s Nritya Parichay programme to inculcate the nuances of Indian culture & Heritage, impart skills for dance and professional development, instill confidence. The sessions that are a part of the CSR initiative, will continue in 2024.
Nrityanjali provided benches to Hadapsar Karnabadhir Vidyalaya, Pune, R. Shinde School, Pune, Books to ZP School, Pune. Personality Development sessions for Std. 7th, 8th and 9th students of Ideal English Medium School, Bhandup, Ideal Hindi Medium School, Bhandup, Seth C.D.Barfiwala High School, Andheri and Anand Vidya Niketan School, Pune were also conducted. The projects were executed with the support from NOV Pvt. Ltd. for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) 2022-2023, 2023-2024.
As part of Nrityanjali’s Diamond Jubilee year Health Camps for gynaecological issues for youth & women were conducted with support from RCF Ltd. in 2023 with the expertise of Dr. Samir Pradhan.
Nrityanjali was invited to conduct Swachha Bharat Pakhwada – a Govt. of India initiative – which was held in July 2023 by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd., and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd., and from 15th September 2023 to 2nd October 2023 by Bharat petroleum Corporation Ltd.
Enhancing Self Potential – upgrading teaching learning skills training was conducted for Faculty Members of Narsee Monji Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) at Shirpur in June 2023 by Dr. Tushar Guha Sir.
Orientation programmes for teachers of Ryan International Group of Schools were conducted in April 2023, June 2023 and July 2023.
Effective Parenting Workshops are held in various schools throughout the year in various schools throughout the year by Dr. Tushar Guha Sir.
NES Open Forum for Principals arranged Student Exchange Programme with Education Department of Government of South Australia in May 2023. 20 students from Ryan International Group of Schools & St. Rocks High School, Goregaon joined the exchange programme.
Workshop on Student – Teacher Relationship for teachers of Christ Church School, Byculla was conducted in June 2023.
Seven days workshop on Personality Development and Art and Grooming workshops for less privileged children was held under the CSR initiative HP Pathshala Project of HPCL, Mumbai, May 2023, 2024
Career Guidance Sessions for students of Std. X of Little Angel High School, Sion was conducted in September 2023.

62nd AGM will be held in July 2024 showcasing Kathak, Bharatanatyam, Folk and Creative Dance Styles by the students and artistes of Nrityanjali.
Dance Workshops in Rabindrik, Kathak and Bharatnatyam dance styles were conducted in May 2024 by Guru Dr. Tushar Guha Sir, Guru Shila Mehta and Guru Namita Bodaji.
A grand performance on Radha Krishna theme titled Sajani Sajani Radhika Lo…. was presented at Bhakti Kala Kshetra ISKCON in April 2023, as part of Nrityanjali’s Diamond Jubilee year celebrations.
Kala Ghoda Arts Festival 2024 was held in January 2024 with Dr. Anonna Guha as the Dance Curator and Mrs. Nivedita Damle as the Assistant Dance Curator, and the backstage management by team of volunteers from Dr. Tushar Guha’s Nrityanjali.
