It is taught as a Diploma Course as researched by Dr. Tushar Guha. The 32 Sessions Special Personality Development Course(SPDC) is conducted by Nrityanjali at its premises and all over India.

The course duration is 16 days, 32 sessions, 3 hours per day, held on Fridays and weekends from 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.

The Mode of instruction is through lectures, discussions, interactions, games, exercises and assignments. This course is also a stepping stone for participants to become a Faculty member and be a part of the Nrityanjali team.

More than Four Lakh students have completed and benefited from this course and the ex-students have formed the Nrityanjali SPDC Alumni Association.
